For example, if there’s a delicious cake in front of you, you consider all the pros and cons of eating it and think whether your decision will bring you closer to your big goal. Still, you should remember to praise yourself for things you achieve. So don’t be too hard on yourself if you eat a sweet once in a while or skip your workout.
